Initially, I received my order of perfumes that were supposed to total 8 in quantity, and in reality, only 6 were sent. No explanation was offered as to the discrepancy and the auto-email indicated my order had been delivered as fulfilled, so I reached out to customer service and provided their requested photos of what ones I did receive and clarification of what ones I was missing. The response team indicated it would be taken care of. There was some slowness in responding and I had to reach out 3 times over the course of 3 weeks to ultimately insist that I be given an ETA on the arrivals of the replacement items or that I wanted a refund. At first they said the replacements were on their way, but finally they stated it was going to take another month for supplies and shipping. So I ultimately opted for a refund for the missing items. In the end I was satisfied with the company, but I would recommend for customers to double check what items they receive against what they actually ordered.
