4PatriotsReviews of 4patriots.com

They got my orders to me right away, even a backorder was only delayed by a week. The only item I ordered that I'm not happy with are the unhealthy food bars. The first ingredient is vegetable shortening. I would like to see more gluten free and corn free options for those like me who have sensitive bodies. Potato starch works the same as corn starch.

4Patriots offers a lot of products from food to devices. I have purchased both. The food says it can last up to 25 yrs and follows all of the protocols to make that happen if you store them in a cool dry place. The devices are often expensive but are of high value and if you wait for a 'sale' you can get the price lower. Also, the catalogs usually come with a $25 gift card which is very useful.

Hi I love buying from this shop. I would love to give you 5stars. But I been ording from you for years now and not one time can I remember that I was able to used my $25.00 gift card from each order because there no where to check it off on your order form and you could used a remarks place on your order form love everything else love how it’s ship and delivered

I've ordered all or most of the products, some in Mutiple quantities (Ie food and solar equipment). Customer service is great. I would give 5 stars except for one MAJOR issue: The last solar panel group I got (3 panels) were left street side with the SOLAR PANEL 4 PATRIOTS logo promiately displayed so the 200 cars a day that drive by could see what I was being delivered. So much for secretcy.

I hade a problem with them on a return after a time they sent me the return slips I needed ,looks like there customer service is getting turned around

Great company lov price for the value.

I started buying 4patriot products about a year or so ago. I've tried the food and it is good. I do like some of the prices and payment plans. I would probably buy more with better payment plans, maybe longer term to lower the payment. I have always had good service.

Before i ordered their ultimate water filtration system with nanomesh filter i called the company and talked to a product specialist. I have severe kidney stones. A lot of them. My urologist said not to drink softened water because the salt will cause more stones to develope. I told this to the specialist. He said the nanomesh filter will filter the salt out. So i ordered the system. I went to assemble it and then i read this in the instructions. This is an exact quote. " Not intended for softened water as salts will clog the filter. Use unsoftened water." I never would have bought it if he would have told me this. I called the company on wed nov 1st. The recording said i could keep my place in line and they would call me back. No one called back. Same thing on thurs nov 2nd. No one called me back. Sent an email on sat nov 4th. No one got in touch with me. Called again on thur nov 9th. No one returned my call. I am trying in good faith to return this product and am being ignored. On the web site it says to call this number to start the return proccess but they will not return any of my attempts. Very poor customer service. Hello. I want to update my review. Today is Sat nov 11th. I heard from customer service. They called this morning. I talked with Genine and she was extremely helpful and friendly. She took care of my problem 100%. I have bought from this company multiple times and have been very satisfied with all my previous purchases. This is my first time dealing with a problem with my order. She apologized for the amount of time getting back to me as they have been extremely busy lately. I will be sending the purchase back and getting a full refund. Again she was very helpful and answered all my questions fully. I will be ordering from this company again i am sure. Since they are so swamped with orders and questions that have to be answered, my only reason for not giving 5 stars would be they should find a way to get back with customers more quickly. Other than that i like this company and have been happy with all my other purchases.
