Website was good, but order was slow, and quality is not good. In less than a season the gloves are coming apart at the seams. I have a friend who also ordered and had the same issue. Contacted them and they said it was outside the 90 day warranty. Guess they know they dont last past 91 days.

I’m extremely disappointed and honestly angry about how 44 Pro handled my custom glove order. I made a mistake when entering a well known Bible verse, and I take responsibility. But before embroidery began, I contacted customer service and told them the verse was misspelled. They said they couldn’t make changes because the editing window had passed. Even after I told them, they embroidered the same mistake on both the glove and its protective bag. I would have accepted a delay to fix it. I’m shocked they didn’t stop and ask me how to proceed. How could they embroider the verse incorrectly twice after I had already told them it was wrong? It’s been over two months, and I’ve thrown the glove away and bought a replacement at a local store. I won’t be ordering from 44 Pro again.

I purchased a Pro 44 Fastpitch glove. Worked great until the leather started ripping after 2 years. Contacted customer service which was no easy task waiting a week for a response of the warranty is a year contact this third party for repairs. Said third party then says it’s cheaper to buy a new glove then repair it.. I have 20 year old Rawlings gloves that have not deteriorated like this pro grade premium glove…

Purchased custom glove in July 2024 so still under warranty. Was told fading is not covered son uses conditioner often and keeps in the bag they provide worst product I’ve purchased

I bought a custom glove for my son. It will not break in despite our best efforts. We have done all the typical methods, mallet work, oil, wrapping the glove, even resorted to using an massage gun. He plays year round and he has been using it consistently a minimum of 3 days per week since Sept. (Total of 6.5 months) I have contacted customer service and they simply don't reply. We gave up on it after 6 months and just spent another $300 on a new glove.. I also know this is not an isolated incident as two team mates had the same problem. Definitely a product issue.

It’s been almost 11 weeks since I ordered the glove and it’s still not shipped. I’ve been asking for four weeks when they will ship and just get the run around promising it will “ship this week”. Be aware that if you order a glove you may not actually get the glove and they WONT refund you.

We customized a glove for my son for Christmas. We broke the glove in according to recommendations with purchased products from their website. When my son was at practice for Middle School the lacing in the webbing busted during the first throw down from his catcher. 44 Pro would not replacement or refund the mitt due to it being only the laces that ripped through so we sent it back and they re-laced it. I never trusted the mitt fully but my son wanted to use it again. Then the leather ripped in webbing during a routine play at first base. My son was incredibly disappointed and I feel like we wasted good money. I will never buy from 44 Pro again!

We have not received our glove, and it has been over four months. I have emailed them and called multiple times, but I only get voicemail directing me to use their chat feature. When I try to use the chat feature, it simply responds with, "I cannot understand that. Please rephrase." This has been a terrible experience. Terrible Customer Service will not recommend them to anyone.
