I had an issue where I made a mistake in the order process. I emailed them right away so I wouldn’t get shipped an extra item I didn’t need. They were super fast with replying to my email and got the situation resolved instantly. The customer service rep was extremely friendly and understanding.

I ordered the wrong merchandise, but the return process has been very smooth. The emailed responses have been prompt, friendly and very helpful. They even sent me the link to the correct item I need. Very nice experience with this company.

We’re thrilled to hear you had a smooth experience with our return process! Providing prompt and friendly support is a top priority for us at 3W. Thank you for your patience and for the recommendation. We look forward to serving you again in the future!
Not only did the mats arrive fast and at a great price, but they fit my truck like they came straight from the Ford factory. This is the third set of floor mats I’ve bought for my 2025 F‑150, and it’s the first time they’ve actually fit perfectly. The other brands were okay, but these are spot‑on. Couldn’t be happier!
