Glasses didn’t look like I expected. Don’t fit well. Too big for my face

I did receive my Hemingway pair of glasses. I think it’s my 4th pair. Each pair last about a year till it’s corners become loose and do not stay on firm. A fix for this problem is needed.

I'm thrilled with both pairs of my glasses. They fit properly, the prescription is correct and they look great! I can't believe this site is legit, but a friend told me about it and we're both happy customers. I really appreciate that they have 100% UV protection automatically, so I don't have to pay and additional $100 for transition lenses (which honestly annoy me when I walk into a building), to protect my eyes from the sun.

I received my new eye glasses but the quality, look and feel of the frames is less satisfying than I expected. Is there any ability to return for a different pair?
