Their warranty is deceptive
Their warranty is deceptive. It says 5 years but it's really only 1. Anything outside of the first year they don't cover. They sold me on the fact that it comes with a 5 year warranty but they do not honor it.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify a few important points. First, our 360 Photo Booth comes with a 5-year warranty, and we stand behind this commitment. The warranty terms and coverage details are clearly outlined in our official warranty policy available on our website. Regarding the motor concern you raised, our technical team carefully reviewed the issue and provided a video explanation confirming that the rotation speed observed is normal and within the designed operating range. Based on this assessment, the product was functioning properly and did not have a quality defect. Additionally, your purchase was made over two years ago. Your request involved replacing a consumable component without a confirmed quality issue. Even so, we still offered a discounted solution and were willing to provide a replacement motor with only the shipping cost covered by you, as a gesture of goodwill. We always aim to support our customers and provide reasonable assistance even beyond standard warranty coverage. We remain available if you need further assistance.
