Before I ordered the range hood I called the Customer service and they told me they can arrange installation in where I live for $200. However after I ordered the range hood and called again they told me that they cannot service my area. By the way I live in San Diego area and they have an affiliated store there.

When ordering online, it asked my cell phone number and email, but after placed the order, I did not receive any confirmation with the model I ordered. I wonder if the order went through without any mistakes. But there is not way to find out even I called but no body answered the phone.

Thanks for getting in touch. It's possible the order confirmation got lost in the shuffle. Not to worry though, your order was delivered as expected. To avoid this hiccup in the future, keep an eye on your spam folder or whitelist our email. We appreciate your understanding!
