Having the TruSteam hood we purchased from the Oakland store in 2012, it was showing its need to replace. We decided again to shop at the Oakland Store, and were greeted by Zoe, the same person who helped us in 2012 to purchase our original hood. Again, Zoe was incredible, helpful, polite, and took generous time to show us the new(er) range hoods. We were able to get it installed the next day, effortless by the technician. Very pleased are we!

The customer service is friendly, and the technician is professional. The ordering process and the installation are very smooth. We are really happy to have the new rangehood in our house.
