Thank you for your review Investor. We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with our product, so please allow us to address the main points. Firstly, your review is regarding the Sky High Stocks product, which has been discontinued. This is completely different from the courses we offer, which are still available for purchase and are what everyone else has rated highly here on TrustPilot. Regarding Sky High Stocks, we agree that the timing of starting the service was unfortunate. It also coincided with being offered to run the Benzinga Option school, which took more time than expected, as you noted. Having said that, we still covered the technical analysis in the monthly webinars and only ever missed one. To make up for any missed publications, we also taught (unadvertised) special lessons on hedging long term portfolios with options, which is a lesson Benzinga Option School traders pay top dollar for. We maintained open communication lines with members, and as a result will be creating an updated portfolio for members, so support is still being provided, even though the service has been shut down. As members of 2nd Skies courses can attest, we strongly believe in the concept of under promise, over deliver. We are sorry that this didn't appear to be the case for you, and hope you can still get value from the continued support we provide within Sky High Stocks until the program is closed for all members.
