Zero customer service , only an online chat available, banners did not arrive after paying premium shipping to ensure they would make it, requested a refund and was told I would get a call back , nothing , reached out to the owners on all forms of social media and still nothing. I would not recommend ordering from them. I wish I would have seen all the BBB complaints.

I ordered the banner on Sunday and it arrived on Wednesday - WOW. The software to create the banner was easy to follow, it took less than an hour to plan the banner and pay for it. I am 69 years old and getting our 50th Anniversary banner delivered 3 days after I ordered it, with $20 for 1 day shipping was a godsend. I cannot say enough good stuff for 2 Day Banner. God Bless You All and THANK YOU My wife of 50 years was totally surprised and amazed at the banner that we hung between the 2 trees in our front yard that we planted 30 years ago.
