I was very pleasantly surprised to receive a call regarding my order. The image I had submitted was low resolution and they called to see if I could send a better one. Because of the nature of the image, that was fine with me. I was very impressed with this level of customer care! I am not 100% sure of the date this happened...could have been a day or two off. Also, the delivery was faster than their estimate. I just received it today and am quite impressed with it ant the whole process.

Quality is awesome. Delivery was early. Product was affordable.
