I bought software from gsa-online.de through 2Checkout. The software is completely broken, generates fake toxic spam data, and fails to meet any basic advertised specifications. I requested a full refund the very next day, but they flat out refused. 2Checkout is actively processing payments for fraudulent vendors who refuse legitimate refund requests and insult customers. By protecting shady sellers like GSA, 2Checkout is complicit in scamming buyers.I am initiating an official chargeback dispute directly with my bank and card issuer. I strongly urge everyone to avoid making any transactions via 2Checkout until they enforce proper buyer protection and stop partnering with dishonest companies.

Astrill couldn’t resolve the payment issue and directed me to 2CO.com with my order number. I contacted 2CO through live chat and provided the order number. The agent simply told me to contact Astrill, then ended the chat without resolving anything. After speaking with Astrill again, I was given additional information to pass on to 2CO. This time, I called their customer service hotline. The representative was rude and dismissive, telling me, “I don’t know how many times I need to tell you, sir! We are going in circles.” As far as I could tell, she made no attempt to investigate the issue. Meanwhile, my bank told me that 2CO was holding the funds. After a week of waiting and being passed back and forth, I was left with no active subscription and no resolution to the payment issue. An extremely frustrating experience that has left me with little confidence in 2CO’s customer service or payment handling.

At first all looked great, I were offered a package of softwares well known for a decent discount, almost a year later I get an email for renewal, all ok and normal so far. Then I wanted to cancel the renewal and this is where it gets ugly, the website is made in a way where its VERY complicated to cancel, support were email hours ago and I've heard nothing? I cant seem to find a way to change bank details or remove them?. This is all so very shady and I'd advice anyone to avoid.

Jest to operator płatności dla pewnego dewelopera oprogramowania. Niestety po dokonaniu wpłaty za pośrednictwem tejże firmy sprzedawca nie wydał produktu. Natomiast 2co jako operator przyjął opłatę. Minęło ponad 4 dni i nie otrzymałem produktu w zakupie którego pośredniczył. Także zostałem oszukany. Nie korzystajcie z ich usług bo pośredniczą w wyłudzaniu pieniędzy. Przyjmują opłatę, a nie wydają produktu.

Tried to update my virus protection. The year before the payment information had been handled directly by the website and was authorised by my bank without issue; this year, the company had started using '2Co' which caused the bank to block the transaction and I received multiple 'suspected scam' calls from 020 (London) numbers. Cancelled my subscription and will not be using any product associated with 2C0, seems very sus
