Brian M. and his company 2B Unique failed to comply with the signed agreement and missed deadlines. Their limited understanding of computer algorithms for processing randomization affected the quality of their work. They continued sending invoices without delivering any specific or customized work. Additionally, they attempted to lure customers into leaving five-star reviews by promising to promote their websites on their own site and social media platforms. Furthermore, they provided no documentation for website design, leaving clients without essential records or guidance.

This review is 100% false. Just look at his initial review below from April 30th - he left us a 5-star review. The website was completed to the client's satisfaction. In fact, our contracts clearly state that the website balance is not paid until the client is 100% satisfied with the project. In addition, we have a Zoom recording of the final run through and Sourashish's acknowledgement of satisfaction with the end result. However, he has been unable to make his business successful due to his own failures, and is now trying to extort our business and damage our reputation. We have had 5 star reviews for 25 years, and this person is trying to hurt our business for no reason.
