I love the look of the couch and chair I got (Aalto - Cream). I have already cleaned it by vacuuming and that went well. However the fabric is already pilling... which it says it is resistant to that. My boyfriend who is 6' tall isn't happy with the loungability of it... he is too long even with the ottoman. He wishes there was more leg resting room. The sit of it is still a little firm... I was hoping it would be more comfortable. Overall though, I do like it and will be keeping it.

Not happy with this $3K+ purchase. Was expecting a robust high quality couch based on the 5 star reviews posted on the website. The couch sits very low, and is hard to get up out of if you are 5'7" or taller or if you are elderly. It looks like a couch with no feet sitting in the room. The couch showed seating wear in less than two weeks, meaning there were impressions in all the cushions from sitting and feathers were constantly coming out. The faux leather pillows compressed very quickly as well. The leather is not real, it is positioned as a breatheable leather on the website, however it is more like a faux suede fabric. All the boxes and packaging are gone, not sure how you could even return this couch without hassle. It will be getting moved to the basement. The quality and performance in real life is not supported by all the 5 star reviews on the site. Sent a reply to the company (Richard) when they asked for a review, advising Richard it would not be favorable. It's been over a month, and have not received a reply. Appears they are trying to build an affiliate program with favorable reviews, where you then help them sell the furniture and get commission.

I had a great experience with 25home. I’ve ordered a sandwich sectional sofa which had really good reviews, but I still worried as the item was not cheap, and also delivery terms were up to 20 days. I received my order in 10 days. 25home Customer Service reached out several times to confirm all the details for delivery. The delivery company also notified me in advance and were very helpful agreeing to deliver the sofa in the building and leaving it in a locker room. The sandwich sectional itself is absolutely amazing! It was easy to assemble, no defects or damages; the measures indicated on the site were accurate, and the overall quality of the product is high as in the description. I am definitely recommending 25home to all who are searching high quality furniture and attentive customer service.

Unfortunately my chair came a bit damaged, but Flora was incredibly helpful and even offered a free replacement or a refund. If something goes wrong, you can at least rely on the customer support to resolve the issue. This company cares about their customers which is something you rarely see.

The couches are amazing! And super comfy! Not to mention great customer service. My sister has one of their couches and I was so in love with it I wanted one of my own! I purchased the same exact couch but unfortunately my new home fell threw and I had to cancel my order. Although the shipment already went out, they refunded my money in full right away without hesitation. Very nice! I wish I got the couch but I will be a returning customer when the time is right!

We finally found a couch that fits our needs. Very comfortable and big enough to fit our whole family. Very happy with our purchase.

Absolutely love the couch we bought. As shown the leather is durable and looks/feels awesome. Highly recommend this …you will not be disappointed!

I couldn’t love our couch from 25home any more. As advertised, the air leather material is scratch resistant and liquid resistant. I spilled a glass of red wine on two of the cushions and wiping with water completely removed all traces! The customer service was quite responsive during the shipping process. Only downside if that returns / exchanges are very difficult and expensive and there seems to be a language barrier with some of the agents (I speak only English).
