Packaging looked a little rough when it arrived, but the sofa was safe and sound. The only issue was one of the holes for one of the legs did not line up correctly. So one leg (of eight) has only 3 bolts in it. Otherwise the sofa looked great and my wife and I are pleased with it.

This is a great couch! I am so happy with the purchase. Like many people I was nervous ordering from a “Facebook add” but after diving deep into Reddit I was hopeful. It took a bit to get the couch because I ordered during a sale so they ran out of stock but once it shipped it got to me very quickly. They are extremely light so we were able to carry them up to our stilted Florida home super easily. The couch was already assembled in the boxes so extremely easy to unpack. We had a little difficulty getting the clips underneath to stay closed but I think that’s due to our uneven floor not the couch. They are super comfortable and a great quality. A little low from other couches I’ve had but my dogs love that, and if I recall I saw somewhere on the website feet you can maybe change out? I’m hoping I can find those and make it a little taller but if not that really is no issue. The customer service was also great, they responded quickly and were always helpful. Overall I was over the moon with this purchase! 10/10 recommend.

Ordering, shipping, and delivery were simple and easy. The setup of the sectional and armchair was easy to complete. Love the extended seat of the Sandwich line and the softness of the pillows.

I bough an all-leather corner sectional recently and I love the customer service and the quality of the sofa. Their sales rep Sunny is diligent and meticulous. She answered all my pre-sale questions tirelessly and followed up to ensure my specific request was delivered as promised. The sofa looks modern and feels great. My entire family is super satisfied with the purchase. I highly recommend this brand.

The sectional is beautiful, the materials are of quality, and I love the design. However, feathers constantly come out of the cushions so you will be poked by these and vacuuming them up frequently. I also wonder how long until the decrease in feathers cause the sectional to feel flat and deflated. Also, there should be a fourth back pillow because the little pillows that fill in the gaps get crushed and therefore don't provide sitting support.

Quality and design of the sofa is excellent. Website description and photos on par with the actual sofa. It’s firm but yet comfy and very easy to clean. Im very satisfied with the sofa. I’d even say it exceeds my expectations. I would have gave it 5-stars but I had issues with shipping and customer service. If you’re expecting your sofa quickly, you may be disappointed. You should expect 4-5 weeks for delivery. They use a freight carrier, which makes sense because of the size but that carrier used a second and even third party for delivery which slowed things down tremendously. I should also mention that it shipped from California and I’m just a couple states away in Colorado.

Thank you very much for your review and feedback. We are thrilled to hear you are satisfied with the sofa. We apologize for the issues you experienced with shipping, and appreciate you bringing them to our attention. Four to five weeks for delivery is longer than we aim for, and we will look into improving our logistics process, especially for nearby states. Your perspective is helpful, as our goal is to provide not only a great product but also timely delivery and responsive service. We value your time and patronage. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you experience any other issues, as we hope to earn a 5-star review from you when we have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.
