At first I was skeptical, but i ordered the $4,000 couch anyways and was very happy when it arrived. Momo was very kind and transparent all the way up until the point I received my order. I would definitely order another couch from them in the future, I just have to wait until I can afford another house.

Great product, really easy to set up too! Service was phenomenal as well, started with questions and prompt response times, had some question after the order and they always respond.

The delivery guy was awesome! He worked around my schedule, was very pleasant and helpful. The couch is awesome. I wish that there would’ve been an option for help to be brought in to an apartment. Also, plastic handles to grip the box would’ve been extremely beneficial for those that don’t have the option for assistance in bringing the boxes up. The boxes arrived with some holes, but the couch was in perfect condition. The delivery guy went out of his way to make sure the holes didn’t go all the way through to the couch, before lowering them off the truck, so very appreciative of that.

We enjoy our Plume sectional Sofa! We ended up getting another cover from our original purchase which was the beige and really like the air soft leather. I really like that we are able to buy different covers. It feels like you get a new couch all over again! Their customer service is awesome!

I love this company. I bought a 6 seater followed by 2 single sofas. At first, I was a bit skeptical about purchasing a furniture online without physically touching the material or feeling the comfort level. Oh boy! I was so wrong. My furniture looks so fine, comfy and classy. The delivery time and the customer service from Jeff was absolutely exceptional. I will definitely purchase from this store in the future.

25Home markets couches that many of us struggle to find elsewhere. It’s like they beamed into my brain and output the perfect couch. I love my first couch so much that I’m ordering another one from them. The shipping timeframes was a tad inaccurate but I emailed them and got a different color couch that I know I love more than the original color I ordered.

We are so excited and amazed at the quality and service of our new sectional sofa! The leather is soft warm and has such unique color! The whole family loves this sofa! Movie nights are amazing now and the deep seats mean our legs are supported without using ottomans! My representative was always available for my questions and updates! Arrived over 3 weeks sooner than we expected! The delivery was white glove! I can’t express my gratitude enough. Highly recommend this seller and company! This piece will last many many years and still look timeless! Renee T.
