I received my sectional on schedule as they said it would and it looks great!!! I've been looking for a deep sectional that was in a reasonable price range and 25home beats the competition! I already had plenty of compliments on it and I'm very happy with my purchase.

While Momo was pleasant to work with, he/she made mistakes regarding delivery which caused inconveniences.

They DO NOT ship in 5-7 business days. I ordered the couch around 12/22 and it will not deliver until the “week of” 1/29. They were extremely responsive before I made the purchase and assured me they had the item in stock and that it would be here in 5-7 business days. Once I purchased they have been unresponsive and estimate the shipping to take over a month.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We sincerely apologize that the delivery of your couch has taken much longer than originally estimated. This is not the level of service we aim to provide our customers. We will look into what caused the delay and make improvements so this does not happen again. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to make this right. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and value your feedback.
Love the sandwich sectional. Material is great and holds up well to kids and animals. Customer service was great but very different from most companies in that you’re interacting with the same person and not a call center or bot. I will definitely purchase from 25home again.

I ordered the feathers sectional and receive it in 4 business days. The couch is so beautiful and looks even better in person! Also the customer service reps are super helpful and very polite. I would definite recommend this company to someone else.

My first purchase with 25homes. I was very skeptical as I never imagine order a couch online without sitting on it. I purchase the feather sectional couch in the beige color. The feather couch is very nice and comfortable. There are little gaps in the cushions but over all the couch is so comfortable and I hope it will last for a very long time. The customer service responded to me very quickly. I am glad I made that big purchase.
