25home FurnitureReviews of 25home.com

I purchased 25home Furniture’s All-Leather couch. I really wanted to use a leather couch for my new home, so I browsed and decided to take a risk by buying it without inspecting it in person. And It worked out perfectly! Their customer service was great, I communicated them with both phone call and email. And the sofa was also in great quality; It has wide seats, and the hardness is perfect for me (I don’t like too soft sofa). I will definitely recommend this sofa to my friends.

If you're reading up on reviews to see of 25Home is legit, I, too, was in your place at one time. I pulled the trigger and didn't regret my decision. The couch was as described and looked just as beautiful as the pictures. If you need a new couch right away, this might not be for you, but I can assure you that it's worth the wait (6 weeks). As a matter of fact, I'm sitting and enjoying my couch as I write this review.

The furniture is beautiful but the service is what makes me so satisfied. They worked with me and I would most definitely purchase from them again. Satisfied Customer, Vickie

I recently ordered a sofa & ottoman from 25home and couldn't be happier! Initially I was hesitant since I've never heard of them, but the experience was great. The sofa is exactly as pictured and very comfortable. Customer service was also great, always responsive with my concerns. The white glove delivery was worth it, especially since I live on the third floor with no elevator. The guys were efficient and quick.

Great communication. Sectional just as pictured and described! Very comfortable and very quick and easy to assemble!

This couch is a beautiful addition to our living room. The leather is beautiful and very expensive looking. Delivery included bringing the boxes into the house and assembly was easy! Altogether a very satisfying purchase and smooth ordering experience.

Great customer service, easy to work with

We saw 25home on Social Media and bought a couch from them. There were moments we were nervous but 25home is definitely legitimate and we had a great experience all around. Sunny and Momolin were really helpful, and quick to respond. I had few issues with my payment and they refunded my money right away, which is so rare and helpful. Momo lin helped us finalize the delivery and we've been loving our couch everysince.
