I bought a couch with a free nightstand. The nightstand had to be delivered with a signature but as I am very busy I didn’t have time to sign it and it got shipped back. I contacted customer support and they shipped a new nightstand and changed it to “no signature required” per my request. They were great to work with and got the job done. I paid the shipping costs because I was mostly my town fault for not picking the product at a FedEx pickup site.

Great couch! Handles two dogs very well, and fur cleans up easily off the Air Leather. Customer service was also great. I had access to the live chat and they were super helpful when I needed to clarify a shipping discrepancy.

The website and shipping emails were sketchy, needing reply's in order to progress your order forward. Then our couch was out of stock and we had to choose a new one after a month of waiting. Don’t even get me started on coordinating a delivery with Metropolitan Warehouse. They will send you a text confirming the delivery and then cancel last minute because you didn’t “confirm” despite never being prompted to confirm. The quality of the couch is decent but it did arrive with a defective hinge so it doesn’t stay together without rigging it together. Take your money elsewhere if you don’t want to deal with a headache.

Very happy with the couches, very comfortable. The service is something I could not believe, responded right away, very helpful. I got a gift from them for an inconvenience of not receiving a piece. I will definitely tell all my friends and family about this company.

After purchasing a section and arm chair, we had to get the full set and decided to also purchase the ottoman. So please with the service and quality. Lots of compliments received so far and super comfy!
