This is my second year using this service and I couldn't be happier with it! I am not terribly tech savvy, and have had to ask for assistance a number of times. Every time I use the chat function to ask for help, I have gotten EXCELLENT service! The instructions given are very clear and detailed and don't assume that I know how to navigate uploading apps onto my television (which I don't). The customer service is impressive, and the service itself is well worth the money. I would recommend using this service for anyone who likes to watch sports, especially those who are not in the same viewing area as their favorite teams. I couldn't be happier with 247 IPTV!
