con merchant scammer. close your account if you win, open bets in my account - i cant see them and they will not provide them.. so if i win they will say that they cancelled my bets, if i lose they will say they are all losers. no customer services, no phone line, live chat is unworkable - sends you a link to Microsoft/ absolute jokers stay well clear

If there was a zero I’d give them it absolutely shocking don’t bet with this mob unless you want to wait for your money!!! A so called failed withdrawal has left me chasing £70 with no contact made by so called customer service appalling!!! They haven’t even credited my account by failed withdrawal

Just spend your betting allowance elsewhere. Where to start, the UI is horrible, cash outs are restricted on sports betting (I had an instance where cash out was restricted for the best part of 35 minutes, until the other team scored as the only outstanding bet in an accumulator, if i had to estimate they should've been offering me £400 or so at the time, but when the other team scored twice in the 80th+ minute, they offered me two pence), the site times-out/crashes frequently, and you can get better odds at a different provider. They are doing nothing to stand apart from the competition and will probably reply to this to review stating what makes them different (it's nothing). Why bet here when you can get more reliable services, faster payouts and better odds elsewhere? Slots consistent enough to seem legitimate, i don't have a dispute with that (a lot of the other reviewers are sore losers). But, overall, all I can suggest is to spend your hard earned money elsewhere, these crooks will try every play in the book to restrict you from cashing out and even when they offer cash out, it's agonisingly slow, all together, just don't bother.

It’s embarrassing that it’s taken 6 days to pay me out ! The company has gone to town asking for every last bank detail,addresses, payslips, utilities bills etc . With everything set up that still say it’s going to be 5 working days for my next withdrawal! Ridiculous!

casino & sportsbook generally decent, had a few wins on the casino & sports settle fast which is good. Withdrawals are daft it’s every ‘fast’ payouts which isn’t the case, was told my first withdrawal takes a little longer which some places do, but after a couple more withdrawals my ‘instant’ bank transfers are only instant once a withdrawal is reviewed and approved, which are far from instant… 12+ hours everytime.
