Live chat was on hold for 1 hour 40 mins saying they are waiting to connect me to senior host - then told "sorry not senior host available" Sent letter of complaint by email - no response Now I can't access live chat. Absolute scum and licence should be revoked

Wish I'd seen these reviews before signing up. As soon as you have a win they just will not pay out. Always say they need more and more information before sending it back. These need to be shut down now rather than the long process of complaining and reporting.

This site should be closed immediately, this has to be a scam , still no winnings paid back to me , I was verified from day one , now saying under review , won’t tell me what’s under review , now can’t login as it’s under review , seems to be the same problem many are having , picked them up on there poor reviews , to get a reply saying people are quick to jump on to leave bad reviews , maybe if this was a legit site , wouldn’t have bad reviews , I’m taking this further . I've seen many people complain about their accounts being closed after they requested a withdrawal, or about never receiving their money. At first, I thought my money was lost, but after waiting for more than a week, I received it. Based on this, I believe this site can be trusted. However, I wouldn't recommend using it—you'd be better off with Betway or other betting sites.

Nightmare of a bookie. Absolute shambles, deposited £20 for their welcome offer. Completed steps, no free spins credited, attempted to withdraw remaining balance, unable to do so. Contacted support, stated can't withdraw below £20. It would need to be done manually, they then said my bank rejected the payment (bank state not something they do). Now asking for all my bank details to try and process the payment. Provided, they then become unresponsive. Hopefully UK gambling commission do something about these companies, basically trying to steal customer funds.
