I started 20MT almost 3 years ago and I have never had a payout. My own trading inadequacies are a major stumbling block and combined with this program, it did not work out well for me. The program is fluid as they attempt to clarify, and improve. It takes a commitment to keep up with the changes and stay up to date on all the latest and greatest. I reached 34 months in, with no success and was at an impasse with 20MT. To their credit, they reached out personally to listen to my issues and we came to a mutually agreed upon solution. I do believe they mean well and want people to succeed, it just was not the program or environment for me.

I just went through the advertisement, and it seemed good. Glad, that I took the time to read reviews. I don't know if I would suggest that the people check trust pilot for reviews with so many bad ones that seem to have the same outcome.... I appreciate the transparency overall, and from watching the explanation it appeared to be rather straightforward and have a lot of assistance through the team. The part I have an issue wrapping my head around, is that it is truly as straightforward as it appears how does the broad results occur. I have played poker for many years and understand the variance that comes with it so possibly there... Thanks for the prompt response as well as the offer, seems like a good value overall.

**Update** After further and lengthy discussion with Lauren P. within the program, I’m happy to say that 20 Min Trader has extended my account above and beyond my original expectations. As of now, I am satisfied with the outcome and the support being provided. That said, I am not willing to delete my initial review. My original statement reflected genuine concerns at the time, and I believe transparency is important — a value the 20 Min Trader team also states they support. I am therefore updating this review to reflect that the situation was addressed, communication improved, and that I am currently satisfied with the resolution, conversion, and ongoing support being offered. I appreciate the effort made to resolve the issues and will continue to assess the program based on consistency moving forward.
