Process and organization is better than when I first joined way back 2015. Hopefully recruiting will be a little bit more streamlined.

Everyone is approachable, friendly and easy to talk to. The recruitment process was smooth and fast although I had to wait for over a month for the result of my initial interview. Overall, the experience was great and I am really looking forward on working with 20four7VA!

They were fast in terms of responding (for me at least). Instructions given were clear and easy to follow, plus the support given was quick.

Initially, I expressed my concern about an issue I encountered during the initial process. However, after engaging in a productive conversation and receiving a detailed explanation of the root cause, I am pleased to acknowledge a significant improvement in communication and responsiveness to applicants' concerns and questions. I commend the team for their excellent work in addressing and resolving the matter. Great team!

What I appreciate the most with 20four7va was the support their staff provide to their VAs. They are approachable and always willing to assist to the VA's needs. They have a systematic recruitment procedure, they provide free trainings to further enhance VA’s skills. Moreover, salary payout is always ontime. If ever there were delays, it is because of some bank account issues which 20four7va tries to resolve asap.
