20four7VAReviews of 20four7va.com

As a newbie in the virtual assistant world, I was flustered to apply as one. But when I saw the advertisement of 20four7va, it was very appealing so I felt the urge to try and I did. The hiring process was straightforward, I was able to follow, and the communication was methodical. The exams given were tricky but I enjoyed answering them. While the interviewers were accomodating and informative that made me realize I can become a virtual assistant.

The recruiters were very clear on their instructions.

So far, my experience with the company, especially during the interview process has been great. I really appreciate that they give opportunities to applicants who don’t have prior VA experience. This means a lot to beginners who are eager to learn and grow in this field. I also like how supportive and encouraging the interviewer was. Instead of making the interview intimidating, they provided helpful tips, clear guidance, and constructive feedback. It felt more like a learning experience than just an evaluation, which helped boost my confidence. Another thing the company is doing well is creating a positive and respectful interview environment. The communication was clear, professional, and motivating, making applicants feel comfortable and valued. Overall, even at the interview stage, the company already shows strong support for growth, learning, and success. I’m thankful for the opportunity and the guidance shared during the process.
