What made my experience great was the exceptional professionalism and clear communication from the recruitment team, specifically Marica and Luisa. 20four7VA does an excellent job of making candidates feel like more than just a number; the feedback I received during the interview stages was both encouraging and constructive. One thing the company does well I must say is, the structured onboarding and assessment process. It ensures that both the VA and the client are a perfect match. The hiring team are very supportive to queries. They are very responsive and helpful inaddressing concerns. Although it took some retakes for some steps along the way, the hiring experience was very fun and let's you have a grasp of what you are applying for.
