I recently had the pleasure of going through the hiring process with 20Four7VA, and I must say it was a remarkably positive experience. From start to finish, the process was not only easy to navigate but also made me feel genuinely included and valued as a potential team member.

The recruiting team are very friendly and understanding. They keep the interview although tensed but comfortable. I honestly enjoyed the whole process and the timing was perfect.

Honest informative onboarding sessions

Everyone from the team are very friendly, accommodating and I feel very welcomed. They answer to every question I asked. I have spoken to a Recuriter, an SME and the Executive Director - I never felt pressured during a 1 on 1 video interview with them. They allow me to express myself and gave me enough time whenever I explain something. They're all very approachable. I'm really glad to be a part of this team.

The job application process was simple with easy-to-follow guidelines. The response rate was also very good with same-day responses. This made me feel good throughout the whole process and I knew I could always rely on the team for a fast assessment of my application process. Communication was top notch and they kept with the fast, consistent, and reliable approach.

I had a great experience with the recruitment staff because I did not feel any tension while talking with them. They were also very explanatory and professional.
