Been applying for jobs for over 4 months now and not even 2 interviews

*My male team leader prioritized the client over the agents. It was like TL was employed by the client instead of 24 *It concerned me when one of my team mates lost her pregnancy and she only had 2 week of rest. She lost the baby because our client over worked her and we didn't hear about how the company dealt with it. Not even sure if 20four acknowledge the situation. *We were expected to send the equipment and didn't send us money when it was supposed to be the company and the client paying for it. They sent it only after we insisted for it (took days, almost a week) *The talk was that the withheld money was for when there needs processing after you leave your job. What happened was, not only did they withheld the money, they also withheld our last pay when that wasn't what was discussed. That's what withholding the money was for

Being a part of 20four7va was really a big help since I started WFH. I learned a lot and landed on a few clients good client. My very first client was good, taught me a lot even though he offered a dirt cheap rate. Imagine earning less than I am getting when I am still in the BPO. The reasons why I gave 1 start is because of 2 employees or staffs which had made my stay until up to this day regrettable. From the start Cath, she was formerly the one "checking" the system requirements made me unwelcome the very first time when I reached out to her. she made me wait for more than an hour without responding during the system check. When I asked to be excuse to go to the rest room, guess what? she started working on my computer without even telling me what she's going to do. Talk about PRIVACY! she's the most entitled person I know in the company, one staff even told me, "her name is... but she prefers to be call Ms. Cath". Hell! The owner and founder let's you call her by her first name. Just another typical Filipino attitude. The second staff is the worst. Ianthe of accounting. I reached out to her regarding a dispute regarding my client's payment. I won't go into the details. ask her about it. She deliberately and intentionally ignored my Private chat and emails and never did responded when I made a follow up after my 1st email. If you're looking for the meaning of being unprofessional, she's the personification of the very word. 20four7va, thank you for the experience and for giving me a chance to voice out. For the date of experience, for the record, it's during the whole time working with this company. Please remove me from our mailing list.

Unprofessional! I was kept on standby for over 5 months because they could not find a good match even after most openings suited my skills. Eventually i asked them to remove me from their mailing list. Absolute waste of time. Application process was cumbersome, training was mediocre. Would never recommend if you are someone serious about being a VA. I am more successful as an individual and would suggest you try others before coming to these pathetic guys!

I passed all the assessments and interviews and then, they referred me to a new client. They told me I failed the assessment that was given by the client. But for my understanding, that I passed and they did offer a trainer position . However, i received an email that I didn't pass. As for my understanding, based on what they told me is that they will be recommending me to a new client But sadly, this company has a lot of confusions on their end and cant even understand how I failed. I did have a chance to speak to their CEO and what she had told me is I passed. So where did this decision came from. Sad to say, I would never recommend this company to anyone. I think that they had mistakenly evaluated my application.
