I was having issue with my old server host, I was recommended to move to 1 of 1 server from a friend. Since I move to 1 of 1 server I have not had an issue with them and they always have helped me out when I've had an issue or question, 10/10 would recommend them.

Before using 1 of 1, I had previous experience with OVH, which unfortunately presented numerous challenges. Over the past seven months, I have been using 1 of 1, and I am pleased to report that I have not encountered any issues during this time. On two occasions, I needed to open support tickets, and I found their response time to be swift and their assistance highly beneficial. The pricing structure is fair, and the quality of support is exceptional. I have even recommended 1 of 1 server to friends who are in search of a host. I wholeheartedly endorse choosing 1 of 1 without hesitation!

Honestly 1 of 1 Servers has been the best company ever. I used other platforms for my fivem servers over the years and nothing can compare to 1 of 1. Fast installation, fast customer service, hardly any downtimes. Super easy and quick. Even if I leave and come back after months I know that 1 of 1 will be the 1 of 1 company to choose for my needs!

I asked for a refund because I bought it and regretted it, and the owner banned me from all support servers and I don't even know if I'll receive a refund, I don't understand, the owner is freaked out, it's been 3 days and I don't even know if I'll receive it my refund, I will contact my bank because there is no way to communicate with them because they ban you from everything and the support email they ignore.

This clueless customer acquired the server on September 24, 2023, at 17:00, with delivery completed by 18:51 the same day, as detailed in the image below. Having possession of the server for merely a few hours, the customer promptly initiated a cancellation request, citing "Refund, I regretted I stopped my services" as the rationale. The timeline below indicates that this cancellation was requested on September 25, 2023, at 01:00, and by 2:19, a refund was processed on our end. Although there was no obligation on our part to authorize a refund since the service was rendered and delivered, we opted for flexibility due to the unusual sequence of immediate purchase followed by an abrupt refund request, thereby granting a courtesy refund. Subsequently, we chose to discontinue our business affiliation with this individual, resulting in the termination of his account and a prohibition on accessing our services in the future. Over the past few years, I've transitioned through various hosting providers. NFO: Impressive uptime with commendable hardware. Vibegames: Despite having good hardware, they were consistently down with a variety of reasons. Now, I've landed on 1o1 servers, and it's been a pleasant surprise right from the beginning. Even though I had a short wait time for my dedicated DDR5 setup, they offered a complimentary box while I waited. Though I didn’t need it since I still had my old host, this gesture was heartening. My experience so far? Stellar. The machine matched the advertised specs to the letter. The promised 10gig up and down speed was genuinely present, unlike the usual "high download, low upload" schemes I've encountered before. Everything was set up perfectly. What made it even more special was the owner's personal touch. He not only handled my order with professionalism but also maintained a warm and friendly demeanor throughout. He was available for queries, provided resources, and gave me relevant examples. And, as someone who works in software development and engineering, their inclusion of service retrospectives (sev retros) was a cherry on top. To all seeking a reliable host managed by a knowledgeable and caring individual: I suggest setting your payment to autopay and making the switch to 1o1 servers. And if you need help, they offer transfer and setup services at an affordable rate. I couldn't be happier with my decision.

I've been with 1 of 1 servers for 4 months, and it's been great. Easy setup, super-fast Internet, and reliable. Recently, we had a ddos attack, but their support was lightning fast. The CEO himself began working with me within seconds to resolve it. Their customer service is top-notch, and I'm a customer for life.
