i won approximately ₹12,60,000 through normal gameplay over 4–6 days. After I requested withdrawals, my account was suddenly restricted. I was asked to provide verification documents, which I have already submitted multiple times, including my Aadhaar card and bank verification photo. However, for several days, I am only receiving repeated automated responses asking me to "explain the issue and send screenshots," even though I have already done this multiple times. My account is still restricted, I cannot access games, and I am unable to complete the turnover requirement. At the same time, my funds are locked.
