Received a Kitchin-tan knife for a gift last December and the handle is cracking and falling apart by September. When contacted, Milk street said "sorry you bought it too long ago for us to help, good luck" Buyer beware they don't stand behind their products.

I LOVE my Nakiri and the new kitchen-kiji. I admit, I put off ordering for a while, I just couldn't bring myself to pay for shipping. Well! I'm sorry I waited so long. Entirely worth it! Don't punish yourself longer than you have to. If you've been looking at the knives for a while, just order them. Truly great!

One of the lids was damaged upon receiving my pkg. Milk street replaced this item and responded very quickly to my concern.

Continually offer subscription for $1 magazine, digital. Take the $ and when you try to log in you get account expired or no account. Happened 4x. TV seems a way for them to travel. Recipes incomplete and not explained fully

Received items I ordered. Experience would have been better with an easier customer tracking system. Also wish there would be a customer service phone number vs. email that just sends you a blanket reply.
