Great product. Carbon steel wok is a pleasure to use. Waiting from July to October to have it delivered was a disappointment.

Easy check out and fast shipping. The item was packaged well and arrived undamaged. I have not had a chance to use the wok yet but seems very well made and should perform as expected.

Milk Street Store finally had the omelet pan I've been waiting for in stock. I ordered a number of them online and sent them as early Christmas gifts. No issues with the orders or deliveries. Constructively, I've ordered these pans in the past and went to order another and they've been out of stock for a long time. I placed myself on the "Please contact me when they're back in stock" list but wasn't contacted. I just checked back periodically and lucked out. Thanks!

pan & spatula are great and cook as advertised

The two cookbooks are absolutely useless. The recipes in the cookbooks indicate having to buy a lot of ingredients for every recipe. Do not order anything from Milk Street. Returning the cookbooks is not possible according to hidden guidelines
