Everything about Milk Street is excellent. The magazine, the store, the recipes, the tips. I have never been disappointed with any monies spent here.

The pistachio spread is a household favorite!

We thoroughly enjoyed the prior pizza making classes we've watched, but this latest one felt as if the bulk of the allocated time was spent promoting Ooni products and by the time we had to leave the session (at the initial end time of 2:15), the dough itself was still being made. The presenter tended to ramble and not manage time well. Looks like the class didn't end until over 30 minutes late... (We do appreciate being given the link to watch the remainder of the class at a later time.) Speaking of, is it possible to obtain a link to the recording of the last class April taught?

I have been interested in purchasing a new wok for years. I saw the 10.5” unit and decided I would try it. I have used it several times and totally enjoy cooking in this utensil. Great product for a reasonable price.

Wonderful magnetic knife block. Holds many more of my knives than I thought it would. Knives are firmly held in place but not fighting to remove them for use.
