Package has been at the local GOFO hub since 10/17. But Your new carrier has declared my address as “restricted”. So as of 10/20 I have not received my order.

I recently ordered a cookbook from Milk Street. The price was fair, the content excellent and I was kept up to date on the shipping. As a fan of Milk Street show, Podcasts and cookbooks I was very pleased with the most recent cookbook (Backroads Italy). I also have to comment that the online customer service is excellent.

I have not received it.

I had to constantly reach out via email about the late arrival of my product. The communication between myself and the company was not good enough. I basically told them if my product was not delivered I would cancel. When there are delays the customer service department should respond to customers sooner.

Web site was easy to navigate

Shipping was really slow.

They don't deliver the products. I waited more than 3 months for a wok. I ordered and paid for a knife in early July and I am still waiting.
