It was okay. Cartridges did not have lip on them as pictured.

I am a returning customer for a few reasons #1 is the quality I have never had a problem with the ink cartridge, #2 easy reorder, #3 price I was running low on ink and thought I might buy from a local office store the price was $30 more and is the reason for #4 very quick delivery. All of these reason get the 5stars.

They are blocked by printer. Happened last time I purchased.

I had trouble getting rid of low ink messsge. She tried helping me but it turned out to be more complicated and related Wi-Fi.
