Zycus delivers Autonomous Procurement, taking enterprises from Intake to Outcomes with Agentic AI. Traditional platforms stop at Source to Pay, which is process automation. Zycus runs the full span from intake to outcomes, and puts Agentic AI in charge of it. That is what makes procurement autonomous. At its core is the Merlin Agentic Platform, a single architecture that brings native Intake and an end to end Source to Pay suite together, with Agentic AI embedded in every process. The platform executes toward outcomes, not workflows. Merlin Intake guides every request from the moment it is raised. Merlin Autonomous Negotiation Agent unlocks savings that would otherwise go untouched. Merlin Autonomous Sourcing turns business needs into awarded contracts. Across everything in between, from spend analysis and supplier risk to accounts payable, Agentic AI acts on the enterprise's behalf. Zycus is recognized as a leader in Source to Pay by Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and customers worldwide.

I've been invited to many procurement platforms; this is probably one of the least intuitive. I don't suggest it. - Very hard to visualise the logic of document storage and upload. - Automated emails keep coming to you with little relevance as automated. - Assistance is from India, nothing against them but the quality is not there.
