I love the mission and the reason the company started. The items I ordered are made of good quality. I used the popcorn popper but no videos/pictures 😑. All but 5 kernels popped and it was so good. I didn't use the popcorn button. I did 2:35 and it was done. I do plan on ordering from the company again. The customer service is good as well.

I realized after my last purchase of my 3rd Zulay frother that they have a lifetime warranty. I gathered my invoices and inquired and to my surprise the warranty was 100% legit and they made it more than right, and even included a hand written thank you note. Customer support was great also. We love their products and use them daily for coffees at home.
