Zoom TanReviews of zoomtan.com

Bought an online membership for an introductory price in Wellington Florida. They claimed that it was open 24 hours with a gym, which is absolutely incorrect on both those. I tried to cancel the website will not allow me to cancel my membership, so I called the customer service trying to cancel and they were so rude and hung up on me. These people are nothing but con artists, liars, and cheats! I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP

The entire reason that I signed up was because I was under the impression ZERO in person human interaction was required as I scanned my ID in the APP and my initial research gave me the impression I could 100% just do it in the app but after paying I found out that before using app an in person with a real person is required so I tried to cancel and it said I had to wait 10 days and when I contacted support for refund they just ignored me.

I went to the Fort Myers Zoom Tan on 4/4/2026. For the lesser price, you have to sign a contract. You can supposedly cancel the contract after 10 days. I went to their site -won't let me. I hit 'customer servie' on their site - takes you to a blank screen. I never even rec'd a tan that day! The equipment wouldn't work and wouldn't dispense the product. Such a scam. I've emailed them 4 times. - no response. BUYER BEWARE

Love this place. In and out so fast. Great service. Clean. Definitely recommend!
