Zondervan ignores requests
Back in 2016, I wrote a religious book which I had been researching for years. I can't speak for others, but trying to get a publisher is as easy as finding free tickets to Mars and back. I not only tried to contact Zondervan via their website, but also wrote a physical letter. No one replied, ever. So, with heartache, I self-published my book, "50 Reasons Jesus Christ is God."
