I've been using ziprent for the past 3 years and it has been nothing but smooth! They have managed my past two apartments and its been very straightforward and they communicate very clearly. I also appreciate that they actually call you back and try to fix issues asap. Great!

Ziprent was very responsive and helpful. They answered all my questions. I was renting another state and they were great to work with. I felt like I could trust them cause of responsive they were.

Excellent in everything

I do want to acknowledge Ziprent’s consistent and prompt responses. I can say that they’ve done their part to clarify things when needed and respond quickly, which I truly appreciate. While I’m still waiting to be selected by a landlord, I remain hopeful and patient, and I’m willing to continue working with Ziprent in the hopes of a positive outcome. Their responsiveness gives me a sense of support through what can be a very frustrating and uncertain housing process.

We had a short time to find a place and lots of constraints such as location, property type, rooms number and amenities. Ziprent had just the right place on their listings. Scheduling a viewing was easy and we ended up liking the place. The application process was perfectly organized via their web platform and we were able to complete all the steps online. The keys were waiting for us in a lockbox. Easier than ordering a pizza for movie night.

Ziprent is very easy to use and overall a competitive fee compared to other property management companies. They have good communication with me and the tenants.
