Not a good experience,, ordered at 11am it's 1pm. I canceled the order and called their customer service and was told they will call me back instead of just issuing refund. Now I'm told it will take 3 to 5 days to get my refund

Sorry you had a bad experience. Order cancellations are immediately refunded but may take few days to be reflected in your bank account depending on your financial institution.
