I placed an order for my mom who cannot…
I placed an order for my mom who cannot drive. The order from Awesome Chinese was ready when they said it would be. It sat there for over an hour, and I included a tip in addition to the mandatory delivery fee. I tried to cancel, but the way the review/question is structured makes it look like it is the restaurant's fault when it is not ("Order took too long" due to Zing not having a driver - not the restaurant, which had it ready in time) The owner delivered it to my mom instead.

This is my second order from this place…
This is my second order from this place . First time order was so delicious but unfortunately second time order was very dissatisfied bec the chicken was too deep fried & shrimp was burnt!

Ordered online for pickup and order was significantly later than what they proposed. Very inconvenient.

some how a $5 tip got added to my…
some how a $5 tip got added to my payment. As a pickup order their is no server to tip! When picked up the clerk did not know how to fix that.

Despite being clearly marked on…
Despite being clearly marked on receipt, still left half my order at the restaurant. No car can't get out and couldn't get a re delivery for my food they screwed up. Driver was useless, language barrier and not interested in making things right. Wish I could give zero stars.

I never received my order it said it…
I never received my order it said it was delivered but it wasn't delivered to me, my instructions stated to hand me my food, I kept looking for my order and it wasn't to be found so I'm just out of $40 and this is unacceptable
