I placed an order online on May 28, 2026 through Instacart. It was delivered by an Uber Eats driver. The Chicken and Bacon wrap was delivered to me without any Chicken or Bacon. I called the Zaxbys at the number on the receipt the next day because that's when I discovered no meat. Left a message No one called me back so I went to Zaxbys on Rt. 87 in Sanford NC. I explained what happened. The manager told me they couldn't do anything because I ordered through a third party. However, the receipt indicates the good originated from that store. They told me to contact Uber Eats. What sense does this make??? Uber Eats merely delivered the order they didnt make it. They all stood there looking blank at me. Lost a good customer.
