Horrible communication and poor…
Horrible communication and poor business practices. My company had to stop payment to get a reply from who we partnered with to design our site. Everything was fine initially but when we started to request changes, the reply times were far and few between and then they just stopped. We relentlessly emailed, open support tickets and it was crickets. Finally, after stopping payment, the web designer from Zappy Sites reaches out. Claims he lost his contacts in his phone, but that doesn't account for lack of replies via email. What a joke. You'd have better luck hiring a freelancer for this realm of work
