For any other first-time progressive lens wearers, do not order your progressive lenses online. They take precise measurements at a brick-and-mortar store, which this company and any other onlinecompanycannot do. But they got one hell of a racket going, claim to make a product. Then, when their tools fail, they expect you to take on responsibility of fulfilling measurements so they can make you an accurate pair. You will quickly find that no brick-and-mortar store will be willing to take on their responsibility and since the measurements need to be precise to allow for a margin of error during manufacturing don't do it yourself they will ask you to saying how easy it is

Dear Customer, We sincerely apologize that the progressive lenses did not meet your expectations. We understand your concerns regarding the importance of accurate measurements for progressive lenses, especially for first-time progressive lens wearers. Progressive lenses require accurate prescription information and relevant fitting measurements to ensure clear vision and comfortable wear. We always value each customer's wearing experience and are committed to providing appropriate solutions. We would like to clarify that it was never our intention to place the responsibility on you. Our previous request for additional measurements was simply to help us further identify the possible causes of your visual discomfort, so that we could remake the lenses free of charge based on your actual wearing measurements. We also understand the difficulties you encountered in obtaining these measurements. Throughout our communication, we have remained committed to finding a suitable resolution. After further discussion, we are pleased that we have now reached a mutual agreement on the final resolution. We sincerely appreciate you sharing your experience with us. We take your feedback seriously and will continue working to improve our products and services to provide a better shopping experience. Best regards, ZanyLen Customer Service Team
Don't waste your time on Zanylenoptical. I reached out to them numerous times, but never received a response regarding the chips in a set of glasses that I had for less than a month. Cheap plastics lead to easy damage. I gave up on ever hearing back and went to my local eyeglasses provider. The idea of clip on sunglasses was unique, but maybe there will be a U.S. based company that will sell a similar product. Order ZA030720139LE I checked the gmail account and there was no emails. The emails I have sent to your company were from an AOL account.

Dear Customer, Thank you for updating your review with your order number. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you have experienced. After reviewing your order and communication history, we confirmed that our customer service team had responded to each of your previous emails. However, it appears that our replies may not have reached your inbox, possibly due to email filtering. We sincerely regret this communication issue and the frustration it has caused. Regarding the lens damage you reported, we completely understand your disappointment. To resolve this issue, we would like to offer to remake your prescription lenses free of charge and provide a new frame at no additional cost. Since your glasses have a semi-rimless design, we will assemble the new lenses into the replacement frame before shipping, so you won't need to install them yourself. You can continue using your existing magnetic clip-ons. As our previous emails may not have reached you, we have also sent you a follow-up email from an alternative Gmail address with the details of this solution. Could you please check your inbox and spam/junk folder and let us know if you have received it? We genuinely hope this solution will help resolve your concerns and restore your confidence in us. We truly appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to make things right. Best regards, ZanyLen Customer Support Team
