Missing item in my order
Missing item in my order and customer service never answered my request. Update 03/05/2026: Customer service replied to my email and resolved my issues with a refund, but still won’t order directly from them again.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Ordered over $100 of stuff on 6/6 and the UPS package stopped updating on 6/11. Company refuses to open an investigation or send a replacement. Truly remarkable stuff.
