I purchased several cat harnesses after reading lots of reviews, but when they came and we tried them on it wasn't a good fit. I went to make a return and get my money back only to find out this company doesn't offer true returns, only store credit. Not to mention I accidently ordered two sets of their cat beds. So now I'm stuck with hundreds of dollars of store credit that I don't know if I'll be using. It's absolutely ridiculous.

The backpack is a nice looking one, but it doesn't necessarily work as advertised. The fat cat backpack isn't actually big enough to be suitable for my relatively large cat, even though the size is supposed to be right. On the other hand the customer support is one of the most offensive I've ever come across. They sent me a wrong item [one part of my order]. I got in touch with them about it. The person who got back to me first basically lied and told me that the information on the item page had been something that it wasn't. Of course as it happened I actually had a copy of the original page. I got back in touch with them and asked for a replacement mentioning that I do in fact have a copy of the original information. I received the world's most condescending response, and then my follow up emails were ignored. I DO NOT recommend this company, there are other similar [and in fact better] products out there you can purchase from people who actually have some respect for their customers. I originally wrote a negative review on their Facebook page, and after a few more negative reviews, the page disappeared. I guess that says everything.

Worst experience ever!!! Ordered backpacks and other stuffs. As soon as I placed the order,got email saying that one of the item was out of stock, but it was shown in stock when ordered. And now it’s been almost 2 month, heard nothing but to wait. Sent email, no reply after their promised shipping date. Horrible horrible compay

I have a very bad feeling about this company. Placed an order on August 2nd and was sent a tracking number and it has still not been tendered to FedEx. And I am obligated to Afterpay because I used them to pay and if I don't receive it I will be messed up all the way around because Afterpay doesn't fully refund. I will never order from this company again. A company that has no cancellation policy and no returns sounds beyond shady
