I placed a large order back on November 30th. Confirmation email received soon afterwards. When another order I placed with them showed that it was being delivered, I went to the website to question why I had still not received a shipping notification. This was on December 13th. Today I received their reply that the order was cancelled due to a ‘billing error’. Fifteen days after I placed that order I am finally told there was a billing error?? So I called their Customer Service number, on my quest to find out exactly what the error was - especially since my earlier order went through just fine with the identical info. Spoke to 3 different Customer Service agents (apparently the first 2 didn’t want to deal with me so they simply transferred me 🙄 - I was annoyed yet polite since I knew it wasn’t their fault). It seems the company didn’t like my billing address being a PO Box - although again, the first order went through just fine. They kept telling me they could reorder the items… no thanks! Especially since my billing info would be the same as I initially gave them. I do not believe they even TRIED to run my credit card - it would have gone through if they did. A VERY unreliable company that I will definitely be avoiding (even with having 8 grandchildren!) in the future. BUYER BEWARE!

Delivered to wrong address (twice) and was never notified. After calling they offered discounts on additional purchases to make up for issue. Declined the discounts because I was not confident it would get to the right address a second time. It did not get to the correct address after being reassured that it would. Requested A refund. Partial refund received. Trying to charge me for shipping that was their mistake. UPDATE: money has been fully refunded.

Product page was a lie and they wouldn't refund me. Absolute scammers. Never buy from them.

Company does not honor its 100% satisfaction guarantee. Customer service is dismal. The operator states that there is no guarantee that I will get a lable, but that she will put in a request for a return shipping lable to be sent to my e-mail. The item cost $69.95, it was flimsy. It will cost me $85 to return it via US postal. I have sent e-mail requests for a return shipping lable to no avail. The website states there is a way to print out a Fed EX lable but there is no link. I will not buy from this store again.
