I ordered a bag on 9th January 2024, I have tried to contact the company several times and had a couple of replies with promises of the bag being sent, which never materialised. I thought it may have been a scam, but would appear this is a real company. How many more people have been a victim of this company? I know of at least another two. You should be ashamed of yourself. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy from this company, an absolute disgrace

I placed an order with this company weeks ago and requested a specific date for delivery and for further information on expected fulfilment timescales. I am yet to receive the order and sent a number of emails asking for an update, to date I have not received a single response to any of the emails I have sent. There is only 1 email address, which is either un-manned or they have appalling customer service! I am now left with no option but to complete a charge back with my bank, as there is no way of actually contacting them and whilst I have requested a refund, surprisingly they are yet to reply! I would strongly recommend that you do not buy from this company and save yourself from the terrible experience I have received.
