I received the motorized shades in good time. Everything was completed without any problems, installation and programming could not have been easier! Customer service reached out in advance of manufacturing the product to confirm specifications and all in all it was a great experience.

Excellent customer service and support. I have ordered motorized shades for all windows in my house from yoolax. They work brilliantly, look great, are simple to install and have many options for control. I have received several compliments so far for the shades. I found the customer service agents to be very responsive and helpful when needed. I have no problem recommending this company.

Great shade and works well. Easy instructions for measuring as I was worried since it's a semi-circular arch window. I love the choice of having many different colors and also the ability to have blackout shades.
